2. Ask whoever runs the network whether chat sites are allowed. A blog cannot change that policy.
3. Do not install a modified WhatsApp or an “unblock Web” client. Those are not WhatsApp.
4. Opening Web still uses the account on your phone. It does not create a WhatsApp without saving a number, and it does not remove the need for a phone number.
