Your Shmooz profile — /profile & every setting
Your profile is the control center for a fully integrated personal assistant. From one hub you set how the AI talks, how your PDFs look (with full Hebrew / RTL support), what Shmooz remembers, which files to use as background context, and how billing works. Open it anytime from WhatsApp with /profile.

How to do it

Open the hub from WhatsApp
Send /profile (or /personalize). Shmooz replies with a tap-to-open button for the secure profile page tied to your number. After you accept the terms, the welcome message also includes a Customize profile button that opens the same place.

Tune AI preferences
In the AI tab, choose default chat and image models, personality, response style, and custom instructions — so everyday answers match how you like to work. Need a different model for one task? You can still switch in chat with /model.

Set document branding (Hebrew supported)
In Branding, save your company name, logos, colors, template style, preferred document language (English or Hebrew), and brand guidelines. Hebrew is fully supported: RTL layout, proper Hebrew fonts, and Hebrew as the default when you choose it. The next proposal, invoice, report, or letter Shmooz generates in chat can follow your brand.

Manage memories, files, billing & help
Memories: review, edit, or add facts Shmooz keeps across chats. Files: upload up to a few background notes or text files for lasting context. Billing: see your plan, video credits, and manage subscription. Help: open guides (including this one) without leaving the hub.
Pro tips
- •Brand early — two minutes on logos, colors, and Hebrew/English language saves rework on every PDF afterward.
- •You can skip branding once if you want plain documents; return anytime from /profile → Branding.
- •The Help tab links into the full shmooz.ai Help Center so guides stay one tap away while you customize.
