Branded document generation — PDFs in Hebrew & English
Need a real deliverable — not just chat text? Ask Shmooz to generate a PDF and it arrives in the conversation ready to download and share. Documents can follow your brand: company name, logos, colors, footer, and guidelines. Hebrew is fully supported — right-to-left layout, proper Hebrew fonts, and Hebrew as the default language when you choose it in Branding. You can also request Word or Excel when you need those formats.

How to do it

Set branding once in /profile
Send /profile → open the Branding tab. Add company name, light/dark logos, brand colors, template style (modern, classic, or minimal), preferred document language (Hebrew or English), and optional guidelines (tone, legal footer, do/don’ts). Save. First time you ask for a branded doc without setup, Shmooz may prompt you to personalize — you can complete Branding or skip for a plain PDF.

Ask for the document in plain language
Examples: "Create a client proposal PDF for a website redesign — ₪18,000, three milestones" · "Generate an invoice for 10 consulting hours" · "Write a formal letter confirming the contract" · "Export a project status report as PDF." Say Hebrew (or write in Hebrew) when you want עברית — if Branding language is Hebrew, Shmooz defaults to Hebrew RTL PDFs.

Refine, then download from chat
Ask to tweak sections, totals, dates, or tone in the same thread. Shmooz sends the file back in WhatsApp or Telegram — tap to open or share. Proposals, invoices, reports, and letters pick up your saved branding automatically once Branding is complete.
Pro tips
- •Hebrew is a first-class document language: RTL pages, Heebo fonts, and mixed Hebrew/English text rendered correctly — state it clearly in Branding or in your request.
- •Keep Logos + Include logo / Include branded footer on when you want client-ready PDFs.
- •Still need a spreadsheet or .docx? Ask for Excel or Word explicitly; PDFs are the branded default for proposals and invoices.
- •Re-open Branding anytime from /profile to update colors, language, or guidelines — the next document uses the latest settings.
