Why the search looks like Hindi
“Ka”, “ki”, and “ke” here mean “of”. “WhatsApp ka spelling” is “the spelling of WhatsApp”. The answer does not change between them. People also type “spell WhatsApp”, “spelling of WhatsApp”, and “correct spelling of WhatsApp” for the same fact.
